Access Design Is:

Access Design is a consulting company devoted to creating environments free of barriers for all people. We are available for consultations on all aspects and phases of design, construction and retrofitting. We work with interior, exterior and landscape design for residential and commercial realms as well as with parks and playgrounds.

Our staff includes physical and occupational therapists and other medical professionals as well as designers and people with disabilities all working together to provide universal access in design.

Mission Statement:

Access Design embraces the concept of universal design as an essential component of all construction. Increasing numbers of people with disabilities, as well as the advancing age of the population, warrants this consideration as never before in history.

Our purpose is to provide the knowledge, expertise, and innovative designs to implement the principles of universal design in construction and retrofitting of residential, commercial, and public facilities. We believe that education drives the process. By providing education to the architectural and construction communitys we will advance this cause.

Our mission of creating barrier-free environments will help create an integrated society and improve the quality of life for all.
